Not much is left of Wat Lokaya Sutha except an enormous and impressive reclining Buddha. This giant statue was once housed under a roof, but that surrounding temple is long gone.

The reclining pose of this statue is meant to represent the exact moment at which Buddha achieved enlightenment.
