Peace Park

The Peace Memorial Park and its many memorials provide acres of space devoted to peace. Whether that peace is found through quiet solitude that fosters contemplation of past events or raucous celebrations of the gifts life gives, the park is a manifestation of the spirit of the residents of Hiroshima.

The memorials and the must-visit Peace Memorial Museum recall the past while the festivals in the area make us celebrate where we are now.
