Hiroshima

Hiroshima's history is, obviously, a tragic one. But that the city lives on and is now one of the more vibrant and friendly cities of Japan is a testament to its resilient residents.

The most laid-back of Japan's large cities, Hiroshima seems to be ever-driving towards a goal of preventing a repetition of its atomic past. Its citizens are united towards that cause and though they have been very much defined by their past, they are always looking forward to a future of peace.
