Manchester Central is the current name of the exhibition and conference centre in Manchester. Formerly known as the GMEX centre and also the Manchester International Conference Centre (MICC) it is housed in a building that used to be one of Manchester's main railway terminals.

It has been home to numerous high-profile concerts (including Factory Records events, U2 and more) and was also the venue for the 2002 Commonwealth Games gymnastics, judo and weightlifting competitions.
