A day trip from Sapa town, Ban ho lies in a valley where I hoped to find a slightly less touristed area. While it was less touristed, it was far from untouristed and the people were very much acclimatized to foreigners (and their money).

Still, it made for a fun adventure for me. I had wild times getting both there (a motorbike crash) and back (sprinting up a mountain to get be able to catch a train later that night).
